More Random Fall happenings.

Blaise decided to rip into his (belated) birthday present before it was time to open it up. My mom had sent it home with us when we came to Fargo. I unloaded everything out of the suburban, only to notice Blaise going crazy on the present. Apparently, he knows what to do with presents ;-).

After daddy got his present assembled Blaise was able to ride on it. I didn't have a chance to get the stickers on it, Blaise hardly had enough patience waiting for it to be assembled let alone for mommy to put decorations on it. He loves it and thinks he is pretty cool when he is on it.

Addy snuggling with daddy.

Susanna holding new cousin Lily. We went to Lily's baptism that took place in the middle of September. She is a little sweetie.

Addy holding Lily.

Snuggling with daddy.....we do a lot of snuggling around here :-).

Pile up on mommy....the kids were making a train on my legs.

Potatoes, potatoes and MORE potatoes!! And this wasn't even all of the red potatoes. They wouldn't all fit so we had to take another trip. There was some still in the garden plus we had been digging them to eat fresh for a couple of months. We had two rows of reds and two of whites....we are going to down size on potatoes next year!

My little cutie.

Big walker man!

Addy told me she was Maid Marian from Robin Hood. I tried to convince her that she could be Mary (Jesus' mother) instead...but she wasn't going for that.

All the kids looking out the window watching Jake doing something (it's so long ago I can't remember :-/. I took the picture to show their height differences....it's impossible to have them all stand next to each other for a picture otherwise.

Jake limited out on duck opener in less than 45 min.! I was pleasantly surprised when Jake called me before 8 that morning to tell me they (him and his brother Josh) were done hunting!

A drake (male) wood duck....very pretty coloring.

The girls having fun on the pumpkins.

The big one on the right that Addy is leaning on weighed in at 105 pounds! The one next to it was just under 90 pounds.

Susanna being her silly self. Suddenly we noticed during supper that Susanna had taken off her sock and was using it as a "glove" to hold her fork and eat....don't know where that came from.

Addy wanted Jake to take a picture of her also.

And of course he had to snap one of me too.

Happy little man!.....who desperately needs a hair cut!

All ready for bed and snuggling with their dolls and each other :-).
